To activate the log files proceed as follows:
Exit Outlook completly. Locate the folder containing the add-in's files:
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\lox24-addin.
Locate the settings.config file and open it with the editor:
Modify the file as follows:
From:
<LogFile />.
<LogEnabled>false</LogEnabled>.
To:
<LogFile>C:\Users\YourUser\Desktop\logfile.txt</LogFile>.
<LogEnabled>true</LogEnabled>.
Following this, you can use Outlook normally. As soon as an incident occurs, send us the logfile.
